1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using FinalDraft (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by New Frontier Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Description of Service

FinalDraft is an AI-powered email drafting tool available as a Chrome browser extension and web application. It generates reply drafts for email threads using third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and others), either through your own API key or through our managed proxy.

3. Accounts and Registration

You may use the Chrome extension without creating an account. A finaldraft.dev account is required for paid subscriptions and certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free tier: 10 AI-powered drafts per week via our proxy (no API key required), or unlimited drafts with your own API key.
  • Paid plans: Standard and Pro plans offer additional features. Pricing is available at finaldraft.dev/pricing.
  • BYOK discount: Users who provide their own API key receive a 20% discount on paid plans.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or misleading emails.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or backend.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription access.

7. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When using the BYOK option, you are responsible for compliance with your AI provider's terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for costs incurred with third-party AI providers. Your API keys are stored locally in your browser and are your responsibility to safeguard.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your email content and any drafts generated using the Service. FinalDraft retains ownership of the software, branding, and proprietary systems that power the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before sending. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Frontier Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
